FCLS is concentrated sulphite pulp lignin, then substitution, oxidation complex and dry refined. The appearance is brown powder. FCLS is a thinner and fluid loss control agent used in drilling fluids. It has the characteristics of anti-high temperature, anti-salt and anti-Calcium etc. It is widely used in fresh water, salt water, saturated saltwater mud, Calcium treated mud and deep well and extra deep water mud. It can effectively stabilize the wall and reduce viscosity.
►Application
Add into mud directly, meantime match up with NaOH solution, make the PH reach more than 9, and then can effectively reduce viscosity, cutting and fluid loss control.
►Storage and Package
25 kg per bag, Pack in woven bag inner lining with plastic bag. It should store in aeration and drying environment.
